Rafael Sozzi graduated in 2011 in Lettere - Lingua e Cultura Italiana: insegnamento dell’italiano a stranieri, from the Università per Stranieri di Siena (Italy).

 

In 2016, he concluded a Master's in Língua, Literatura e Cultura Italianas from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) (Brazil).

 

He also graduated in Letras - Português/Inglês, from the Centro Universitário Claretiano (Brazil) in 2018, in addition to having an academic degree in História e Música (composition, conducting and lyrical singing).

 

He has been teaching Italian for foreigners since 2002 and teaches mainly online. He offers personalized courses for both individuals and Italian multinational companies such as Pirelli, Barilla, Engineering, Scame, ITM. He is also a translator and interpreter (Italian-Portuguese).

 

He studies techniques and methodologies for teaching Italian through new technologies, in addition to the language teaching-learning process, taking into account studies related to neuroeducation. He has a particular interest in studies concerning sociolinguistics, bilingualism and language contact.

 

He is of Lombard, Tuscan and Venetian origin, a lover of Italy and everything related to it, which is why he also works as a travel consultant at the Bel paese, highlighting the linguistic, historical, geographical, artistic and gastronomic aspects of each region of the peninsula.
